The inclusion of Pincents Hill in the Local Plan is due to a flawed process where West Berkshire Council actually stated in this meeting https://bit.ly/4fToPI2 that:

• they "ran out of time".
• “ we tried to withdraw the plan as we were not happy with site allocation"
• “we are stuck with this plan and the site allocations”
• “we are doing what we were told by the Inspector—we can’t challenge or amend the proposals.”
• “we don’t believe it’s a great plan”
• "we think the sites could be better”
• “the sites we do not believe are suitable”
• Threats were made by the Government (an individual was named)

The extraordinary meeting to accept the Local Plan is on 10/06 and we need as many signatures as possible - your help is greatly appreciated
