As an update, we can now see a pre-application in the Haringey planning portal – ref HGY/2025/1202. It’s a pre-application asking Haringey if a full Environmental Impact Assessment will be needed. If you open the file ‘Tottenham Lane_Request for EIA Screening Opinion_FINAL Part 1 of 5’, page 5 confirms the buildings will range from 1–18 storeys.
