I've heard from someone in an Owen County Government Office, that the OC Planning Commission goal is to develop new housing from Highway 46 in the north to Hardscrabble in the south, and from Highway 43 in the west to County Line Road (Flatwoods area) in the east. This means that this issue has a big impact. Your voice can set precedence before it creeps into surrounding areas. Let's leave multi-family zoning to the downtown Spencer.
