We have organized a community meeting at Rotary Park, on Saturday July 15th @ 9:00 am in opposition to Redfish Pointe. We are inviting the news media with the intention to broaden awareness. We would like to see a strong turnout and make the afternoon newscast.

We will have 4 speakers on the following topics (30 minutes): 

·         Rotary Club's Founding Vision for Rotary Park

·         Decreased Storm Protection and Increased Flooding

·         Impact to Wetlands Wildlife 

·         What is takes to lobby Cape Coral Planning and Zoning Committee and the City Council

Followed by Q&A (30 minutes)

Donations: We will be taking donations to buy more yard signs, fund mass mailings, and offset printing costs. We can take cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle donations. We are not set up for credit cards currently.

Please attend the Planning and Zoning Committee meeting at 9:00 am on Wednesday July 12 and the and the City Council Meeting in the afternoon at 4:30.
