If you are available only one night and are debating which to attend, we recommend the Dec 10 meeting at Seattle Center Exhibition Hall as the QACC meeting is likely to be very cursory and there might not be much "done" with your opinion. By contrast, the Dec 10 meeting should be more impactful as city planning department staff will be in attendance as well select elected officials.
