Meeting Feb 15, 2024! Petition Presented to HRM Council! Please Keep Sharing!

Hello Concerned Citizens,

Our petition was formally presented to HRM Council by Councillor Paul Russell on February 6, 2024. This is important because every HRM Councillor and Mayor Mike Savage is now aware that the residents of Lower Sackville are demanding that their voices be heard. In addition, Hon. Steve Craig (MLA) and the leadership of the Beacon House are also very aware of the petition's growing support.

There is a public meeting regarding the Pallet Shelters scheduled for Thursday,  February 15 at 7 pm at the Kinsmen Centre, 71 First Lake Drive. PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING. Bring your neighbors. Our local politicians will be there. The media will likely be there. A strong showing of respectful concerned citizens will help ensure our voices are heard. It would be great to see 500 plus people lined up at the Kinsmen Centre next week.
