HB466 - the homophobic/transphobic "Don't Say Gay" bill made it through committee hearing and will soon be scheduled for debate on the House floor (as of today, it has not been provided a date on the House schedule).
Attached is the video from this past Wednesday when opposition to this bill was large and strong. We must continue to advocate with our representatives to "kill the bill"!
Also, feel free to call your representative(s) to voice your concerns.
We must remain VIGILANT to these threats on our community!
We will update everyone as soon as we learn of this bill's schedule for House debate - and any peaceful actions that are planned to counter the false messages (formerly known as "lies") this bill's author and supporters are pushing.
