Today our story was highlighted in the media. Thank you to Horse and Hound for publishing an article and to ITV Meridian for their new coverage. It was great to see word getting out and we hope it has some impact.
Disappointingly despite not replying to any of Russell's communications at all since the 19th December when we were told the grazing was gone, the council found time to refute our concerns to the media. It would be good to have an actual conversation with them. Maybe this petition will facilitate that? Please keep sharing!
Codie arrived at Russell's as a yearling livery and was later sold to Russell's by his owner.
It took a long time to bring him on in his work due to his growth and being a slow learner. But he has matured into a valued and popular member of the riding school team and is good at jumping.
Codie likes to tease his riders by lifting his head up high when trying to put on his head collar or bridle.
