Amazingly we are nearly up to 500 supporters, and are so pleased for your help.  We even received support via a kind letter in the Daily Echo ❤️.

Today’s Epona Trust pony is Peanut. Peanut was an RSPCA rescue case. He was overweight with laminitis and overgrown feet. He was feral and nervous in the beginning and we have had to train him to trust people and be calm when in a stable. Peanut was put on a diet and had his feet trimmed. He was taught to carry a rider and is now a valued member of the school.

This YouTube Video was made when we received the Riding for the Disabled Accessibility Mark.  Russells welcomes riders of all abilities and are recognised for our inclusivity.

We understand from councillors nothing can be progressed until the council officers return to work after New Year.  We’d love them to return under no doubt that Russells Equestrian Centre and Epona Trust are valued assets to our community that we don’t want to lose.
