This 51-unit preliminary planned unit development at 865 N Ann Arbor St is being revisited today, 8/13/2025 (Wednesday) at 7 PM by Saline's Planning Commission. If you have time, please come voice your concerns about this development at Saline City Hall. The more people who comment on this development, the more likely adjustments will be made to the plans. Hopefully the following will be taken into consideration: the number of units will be reduced to increase parking for residents/visitors and access for any emergency services (fire, medical), going from 3-story to 2-story, and pushing the buildings a little further from N Ann Arbor St.
