Dear all,

very last last night, we were notified by the City of Carlsbad that Verizon Wireless had withdrawn their application for the CUP. Their lawyers advised them that since the La Costa Oaks Association rescinded their letters of authorization, the application no longer met City requirements and was moot. The tower will not be build. 

I want to thank all of you for signing and sharing this petition. I updated the petition title and the text of the petition. This fight is far from over.
