Board of Supervisors decided to ignore the 61 page report that the Grand Jury compiled about the OC Shelter with many recommendations that would have brought about the necessary changes at the shelter. Instead of which even more animals are being euthanized and kept in terrible conditions, (but the public would not know as not allowed in)! 

Senator Janet Nguyen is showing interest in making changes which offers hope! 
She has already done a radio broadcast on KFI 641 discussing the poor treatment and what is happening at the shelter!
