REMINDER:

Twin Harbors Fish and Wildlife Advocacy (THFWA) and The Department of Fish and Wildlife are scheduled to meet before the court at 9 AM on February 7, 2020 before presiding judge Erik D. Price in Thurston County Court in Olympia.

This hearing is in response to WDFW’s asking the court to stand down the lawsuit that alleges WDFW’s violation of the Open Public Meetings Act. (OPMA)

The response filed by the Advocacy legal representative Joe Frawley of the Olympia firm of Schefter & Frawley requests the judge rule to reject WDFW's motion and enter a ruling in favor of the Advocacy view that WDFW has violated the OPMA.

This will be an open hearing, so we are encouraging everyone who would like to be present to come.
