

Apparently the ONLY WAY we are going to get truthful answers from the WDFW is to do it through a legal process called Interrogatories. And this is just what the Twin Harbors Fish & Wildlife Advocacy (THFWA) just filed!
Many of these questions we've been asking for years and all we've gotten is diversion and double talk. WELL, THAT’S OVER NOW!
WDFW NOW HAS TO ANSWER, UNDER OATH, THE QUESTIONS THAT ARE AT THE VERY HEART OF THE NORTH OF FALCON PROCESS.

May 16, 2019 Update- Interrogatory filed, discovery into WDFW season setting practices begins
The Advocacy has filed its initial interrogatory, opening the first round of discovery in the legal challenge to WDFW's tribal co-management season setting practices.
