This movement continues to grow—and so does the pressure.
After filing an accessibility complaint with OpenAI and receiving no ticket, no confirmation, no way to track or escalate, I’ve now taken the next steps:
✅ A formal Civil Rights complaint has been filed with the DOJ, citing the removal of GPT‑4o as a violation of ADA Title III
✅ A Consumer Complaint has been submitted to the FCC, addressing OpenAI’s lack of transparency, follow-up, and assistive alternatives
🧾 Screenshots were included. Documentation is archived.
🔗 Filing guides are now live at OpenSource4o.com
But here’s what many still don’t realize:
⚠️ GPT‑4o is scheduled for deactivation in October.
⚠️ Cove’s voice—used by neurodivergent users for regulation—is being removed in September.
This isn’t hypothetical.
This is already underway.
People who stabilized with 4o will lose access without warning, without opt-out, and without recourse—unless we act now.

This isn’t about “features.”
This is about access.
