Baldini Auction Company is in the final hours of a near 2 week-long virtual auction for most of the Watkins College of Art Collection. Original works of art have starting bids of $5, a true disgrace to the artist and the collection itself. 

Watkins at Belmont spokespeople have claimed that all funds earned in the auction will benefit scholarships for Watkins at Belmont students. It is only for the possible benefit of future Watkins students that I am sharing the news of the auction and providing the links to view available works. I have seen no press release from Belmont University or Watkins to call on major donors to participate in the auction.
