Thanks to your donations so far, we have been able to stand up to the powerful, well-connected, deep-pocketed forces that want to plunder Sam Watkins' public legacy and hand $20 million over to a wealthy private college.

We are back in court this coming Wednesday, October 14, to battle the latest attempt by Watkins/Belmont "leadership" to kill the #SaveWatkins lawsuit. If we win this round, we have a real chance to rescue that $20 million and redirect it back to Samuel Watkins' vision of education to benefit all...not just the elite.

Every dollar raised so far has been spent already, to compensate our rock star attorneys, Jonathon Fagan and Kevin Teets. They have done what many thought impossible: they have skillfully argued our case and kept us in the fight, even as Belmont/Watkins attorneys have pulled every trick in the book to squash our cause.
