Dear all,

I have been so grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you for making your voice heard. 

In the weeks since you signed this letter, reports about Printed Matter and this open letter were published by both Haaretz (in English) and Hyperallergic. I also wrote an opinion column (in Hebrew) for the Israeli online art magazine Erev Rav. PM refused to provide a comment or a public statement, and it became very obvious they are waiting for the exhibition to close down and the conversation to die down and just continue with business as usual. It seems they are convinced that as a public-funded nonprofit, they can just ignore thousands of people like you who are appalled by their actions. I disagree. It's good to know where they stand. This will not be forgotten - not by artists, publishers, collaborators and their audiences - you! It's good to know they see propaganda crafted by Hamas as legitimate. That will also not be forgotten. 

Today is a day of mourning in the Jewish world. A reminder that only by standing together and recognizing each other's pain and suffering can we rebuild toward a better future. Misguided solidarity that only deepens divides and hate helps no one in the MIddle East and also does very little to hold the culprits accountable.
