As a longtime patron and volunteer I have seen things and activities come and go at our market.  The Pandemnic though significantly impacted actiivities and things.

In the things department:  

1. we stopped handing out the bookmarks with the schedule of musicians and community groups for the month.  On the backside was an anticipated harvest schedule.  Nope you won't be able to buy corn in June.
2. little red wagons to tote around and collect produce, plants, etc.  Got me out of the parking lot sooner as I could take everything to the car in one trip.

In the activities deparment:

1. Cooking demos- farmers and other vendors would donate ingredients and a cook would share some recipes, sampe the foods
2. Pie baking contest- a couple of years it was berry related and for a while we had pumpkin pies.  One year my pie won.

What things and activities do you miss?  Let the operations manager and HFM board know what you miss.  I'll send these suggestions next week.  But my inputs may be ignored because I created this petition.  However if 20 people ask about cooking demos, wagons, etc then maybe the powers that be may listen.  You don't know until you ask.
