Exec Summary:

Goal is to peacefully request that they respond to petition requests.  No name calling or gossiping about who, what, where, when and why.

Details:

Communicate that we have taken off the table the request to have Nourishment return as a vendor.  

Communicate that they need to address concerns raised by the HFM community. Including the concern that market procedures were not followed with the removal of Nourishment as a vendor.

To do so in a systematic and peaceful manner they need to consider funding professionally facilitated discussions.  The attendees of these discussion could consist of Board members, HFM staff members and interested members of the HFM community.

I plan to attend.   If at least 10 of the ~250 signers can attend with me then that may make the Board members and the Executive Director pay attention.  Currently the word on the street is the Chairperson is hoping this will blow over.

Ramona White, owner of Nourishment, deeply appreciates all the support HFM community members have shown her.  Not only people who have signed this petition.  She also thanks numerous people who have personally sent letters to the executive director and Board chairperson.
