Prosecute Elon Musk, architect of American Armageddon. Open letter to State AG’s.
We the members of our virtual Southern Oregon Community in coalition with other American Communities ask you to convene Grand Juries to prosecute Musk for his illegal, unconstitutional, and criminal conduct. Why should you? Because all of you have taken a sacred oath of office to help keep the citizens in our states safe; and to preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States. Please consider the following points:
#1. Musk has accessed and stolen via computer downloads, our most personal and sensitive information regarding birth dates, social security numbers, home addresses, social security payments, civil service pensions, tax information, and VA pensions and more. He has done this without our permission, and without the endorsement and vetting of Congress, and in so doing, breaking all kinds of state and federal laws. In addition, his team under Musk’s direction, broke into the United States Institute of Peace, a non-governmental agency and used FBI agents and police to support this burglary.
#2. As you know, it is a crime to steal from the American people and to break into institutions. But, some court judges have failed to see how his actions harm all of us. This is a gross misunderstanding of Musk’s intent and unconscionable behavior. Plain and simple, stealing is wrong; burglary is a crime; and both must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. More importantly, Musk’s conduct is directly threatening the lives of millions of Americans which is tantamount to domestic terrorism.
#3. For the sake of a court argument, Musk’s possession of our sensitive financial information is causing all of us enormous stress, fear, anxiety, pain, and suffering. That’s what domestic terrorists are all about, making the public afraid. For example, he now has the power to stop social security payments, to disrupt civil service pensions, to remove disability and VA pensions, to essentially bring down all Americans to their knees who depend on governmental financial support. He can even engage in sedition and treason by selling this information to our sworn enemies. Serious delays in government checks to more than 76 million Americans who depend on Social Security, will cause chaos, homelessness, and death for those dependent on life saving medications. That sounds like Armageddon to us. What do you think?
#4. His illegal behavior gets even worse. He has launched a direct attack on our Constitution that guarantees all American citizens, Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. He has illegally fired and gutted USAID without permission from Congress. That means nobody is now preventing Ebola carriers from entering the United States or tourists coming into our country with full blown AIDS due to the lack of medications which USAID had provided. He has fired FBI agents without due process who are responsible for protecting us from gangs, kidnappings, mass shootings, militant hate groups, drug cartels, terrorist attacks, obstructions of justice, and a coup by any United States President.
He is firing immigration Judges who assess the legitimacy of asylum and protect immigrants and their families from abuse or torture. He has fired aviation personnel responsible for keeping our planes safe from crashing and preventing terrorist infiltration. The last I have heard, five planes have crashed recently. How many more aviation accidents must happen before justice under the law stops him? In addition, he fired without notification and consent from Congress, the IG’s and Whistleblowers who protect us from government corruption and abuse of power. Musk has removed the inspectors that keep our food safe, our workplaces safe, and that protect our children’s safety/welfare from lead pipe poisoning for example in the schools; plus he goes on to fire the scientists that do cancer research, and who create desperately needed healthcare vaccines. Along these lines, Musk and his cronies are hellbent on destroying more than 50 million Covid tests kits paid by our taxes and were meant to be available if there is a Covid flare up. Remember, Covid is still with us. What if it mutates into more lethal strains?
#5. Moreover, Musk is firing SDC officials responsible for containing the lethal bird flu, Covid outbreaks, measles and other contagious diseases, and terminating personnel without justification who try to protect all of us from looming pandemics around the world. And who is left at the SDC to help contain a TB pandemic resistant to medical treatments?
#6. Musk threatened the lives of all Americans when he fired the folks who keep our nuclear power plants safe and oversee the containment of nuclear waste. Do we want a nuclear holocaust? And, who is going to keep our air clean, our water clean, and our forests pristine? Nobody but the fossil fuel industry, right?
#7. What about the millions of Americans who depend on Medicaid and Medicare for their healthcare services? Musk is wiping out the people responsible for making these payments to hospitals, doctors, the sick, and the elderly in nursing homes.
8. What about protecting millions of Americans from man-made climate change? We are susceptible now to the hottest temperatures in our history, which contribute to more flooding, wildfires, pollution, poison air and poison rain. And Musk is firing without consent from Congress, the Environmental Protection Agency and FEMA personnel who are supposed to help us survive natural catastrophes.
9. American children deserve a good education, but Musk is firing personnel at the Department of Education without permission from Congress or the American people. How is dismantling our public education good for our nation, or is killing HeadStart for our children okay?
10. Finally, Musk is using his computer systems and misguided youth engineers as a lethal weapon against all people in our nation and the world. Just for a moment, consider the ramifications of his illegal and unconstitutional behavior. The sum total of his abhorrent behavior that I mentioned in the above preceding points, will inevitably start crashing our economy, causing the needless deaths of millions of us living in the United States of America. Oh, he has also fired the agency responsible for protecting our bank deposits; and kicked out the prosecuting attorneys who enforced the Civil Rights Act and protected our Bill of Rights. Do your job AG’s and prosecute Elon Musk. He is the worst criminal in our nation’s modern history, because he is the only person who is truly causing an American Armageddon.
