Since the last council meeting Sept 14, 2023 several items have come light. 

1 - If you have been receiving notification of meetings and meeting agendas you will need to re-register as the municipality has archived their current mail list. Subscription options are on their website at

2 -  It was our understanding that the next step in regards to the planning review was that the revised plan would be presented to the Village Planning Advisory Committee (VPAC) on Oct,10, 2023. That meeting has been cancelled. Council at the Sept 14 meeting advised the planning department to prepare the revised plan in regards to what they heard, in community meetings, in person meetings and  letters and present to council. No date has been set. In the most recent municipal insight it was stated  "depending on the number and impact of the changes to the draft documents, the Final Draft is expected in late Fall 2023."

Once Council has reviewed the revised documents they will advise the planning department whether future community involvement will be necessary.
