We are now at over 750 signatures! I don't expect the numbers to keep climbing as fast as it has since the start, but please if you're a family of multiple people or even just a couple, have everyone who goes on trips affected by this change sign the petition. It's not just about the number of groups who are affected but the number of people in total. Share, share and share!

Also, the petition was updated with more recent facts/data as well as alternative suggestions to the 7-day reduction.
One interesting idea is that Ontarians should get advance booking opportunities, as 10% of visitors are from outside of the province. Why shouldn't we get the first shot at booking our own campgrounds?

Feel free to read it again, and post your own suggestions in the reason for signing section. I read them and incorporate good suggestions people make into the main petition.

One more thing, there was an error with one of the Ontario Parks contact email address provided at the very start of the petition. That has been corrected, so if you sent an e-mail in the past and it said it could not be delivered, use this:
