London wants to enjoy the pleasure of amplified patio music with venues requiring permits and sound (decibel) limitations. London City Council approved of this magnificent forward initiative which would in terms of economics and revitalization of the London cultural core, be an immense boom for all concerned. Now we have ONE isolated individual who does not even live in the core, filing an appeal against that goes against what the majority of Londoners want in downtown culture and entertainment. This waste of tax dollars, time and arbitrary self-indulgence of one individual must NOT be allowed to circumvent what democracy stands for - the will of the majority of the people !!
