On Monday, January 26, we went to Queen’s Park and met with Premier Kathleen Wynne. We brought our petition with us, with all of your signatures showing support for putting consent in the curriculum. We had a great discussion and are thrilled to report that the new curriculum will teach students about healthy relationships and consent! The Premier also asked us to be part of her Youth Advisory Council, which is a huge honour. As of today almost 40,000 people have signed our petition. We’re so grateful for your support and for helping us get to this point! We’ve decided to keep collecting signatures for the time being, because lots of people are just learning about our campaign and want to sign! Please keep on sharing our campaign with your friends to help us spread the word. This will be important as more people begin to talk about content for the new curriculum.
