This Video addresses the issue of a high threshold of abuse evidence for abused women and shows the negative impacts of the Hague Convention Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

This is a Women's Rights and Children's rights issue because about 70% of the people whom this law is used against are abused women.

These women end up getting lost in this system, losing their rights to leave abusive relationships, face prejudice courts, are forced to return to abusive relationships and even lose all custody of their children.
