*** UPDATE *** .

Much, Much Gratitude to all those who have supported and signed the petition . We are at 491 signers this morning . .

On April 3rd a Motion in Limine was filed by the children’s father to prevent testimony on the issue of domestic violence . The judge in Nevada threatened me with this in February 2020.

I did not open the motion as I will not be complacent with this injustice . We received the intent in February by the Nevada court and already know the result . There is almost no need to respond to it or try to defend this case in Nevada .

The main problem with this case happened from the Superior Court of Justice in Newmarket, Canada. This case cannot proceed in a just way, in Nevada before the injustice that occurred in Canada is addressed . I personally tried to address these issues through a motion to the court in Canada (on March 10th 2020 ) and they said that they would not clarify inaccuracies that they themselves made .

All the while Kaleo and Ayden are suffering trauma and separation from a mother that has paid such high dues for them to be safe from abuse . These children did not ask for the abuse that they have suffered and are being further punished by the courts .

This cause will continue until the injustice to these children is solved . This cause will continue until abused women are no longer burdened by this law.  This is not only a woman’s issue, it is also a children’s issue. Why should innocent children endure trauma and separation and placed with a perpetrator of domestic violence ?

Superior Court of Justice, Newmarket, Canada... tell us why ?

Thank you for all who have shared this petition. If you haven’t already please do . This is just the beginning ... .

With the fire of compassionate love and courage,
Hope
