I have been speaking with the OSPCA and made them fully aware of this petition. 

I’m not trying to destroy the agency. They have a great model that they want to propose to the government a lot like how the US handles it. My fear is that in the meantime our animals suffer. The law states that when the SPCA is not available, police have jurisdiction. 

I’ve been turned away by police when they had jurisdiction over an animal neglected in a hot vehicle. I’m trying to get the OSPCA to understand that they can absolutely still enforce and protect what they can while remodelling. ❤️
