Hi people, 

OnePlus has officially announced that it will support all phones for 3 years(from launch) (2 years Android updates and 3 years security patches). It is a very disappointing figure and we're sure OnePlus can do better. The phones are capable for more. 

We understand that OnePlus is a small company and they don't have enough resources. But they could implement Google's Project Treble for older phone through OTA like they did on the OP5(T)(beta). It would make it easier for them to push updates. 

Longer support is very essential for a phone manufacturer because it creates loyal customers that will come back for more. Look at Apple, the still support the iPhone 5s which is over 5 years old. Think about it OnePlus!

Hope to get more supporters like people owning a OnePlus 3(T) and OnePlus 2(Those guys were really left behind.)
