Laughter is good for the soul. We have our rainy days and dark nights; however, flowers bloom and tides change. We must remember, our labors are not in vain. Our love is never for shame. So, find the sacredness in everyday tasks. Seek joy and fulfillment in even the simplest of deeds. 

Drink water. Take a walk. Sit in the sun. Listen in love. Laugh. Laugh! And laugh some more.
