Medical Torture Disguised as Treatment: Manufactured Diagnoses and Medical Exploitation: Using false or distorted medical labeling as a pretext for abuse, financial exploitation, and medical scams, while locking away the truth behind a deliberately blank Right to Information (RTI) wall. Subjecting a survivor to targeted medical negligence, denial of essential post-mastectomy reconstructive care, and unauthorized or invasive procedures without consent is not healthcare—it is medical torture. In the UK, this violates clinical safety mandates and human rights obligations under the Human Rights Act 1998 (Article 3), alongside statutory oversight failures by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the NHS. In India, it breaches the fundamental right to health and bodily integrity under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, as well as statutory protections against medical malpractice and non-consensual procedures. Systematically weaponizing medical neglect and denying restorative care to break a vulnerable woman crosses the line from administrative failure into state-tolerated bodily abuse and torture.
