Cadila-linked Trafficking Case: Zero Action Since 2024, Victim in Immediate Danger

May BloomLondon, ENG, United Kingdom
Jul 21, 2026

A woman was lured into forced exploitation through a fraudulent job offer bearing the name of Cadila Pharmaceuticals. Coercion and abuse have continued from within the United Kingdom. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no official response or meaningful action since 2024.
She has faced ongoing harassment and intimidation across multiple rental accommodations. She now faces immediate risk of destitution, further exploitation, and fatality.

What we are demanding:
1. A full formal investigation We call on the UK Home Office, Crown Prosecution Service, Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, and the National Referral Mechanism to investigate the fraudulent job offer, alleged abuse enabled from UK soil, and the cross-border network behind it.

2. Urgent protective orders We demand non-molestation orders against the named perpetrator(s)—prohibiting all contact, proximity to home and workplace, third-party instruction, and digital or financial surveillance. Any breach must be a criminal offense. Renew the issued UK restraining order immediately.

3. Corporate transparency Cadila Pharmaceuticals must disclose the origin of the offer bearing its name, what they knew, and when. Full cooperation with investigators is required. Silence is unacceptable when a life is at stake.

Why this matters:

Years have passed. The victim remains unprotected. Every delay increases her risk of harm. Institutions meant to safeguard vulnerable people must act now.
