Petition updateOne of the worst acts of oppression against a woman in human history

Governmental Malice on a Lawful Woman Aimed at Across India and the UK

STATUS: CRITICAL | EMERGENCY UPDATE
Jurisdiction: India-UK-US Cross-Border | Duration: 10+ Years of Systematic Neglect

The Dark Agenda: Who Benefits From This Torture?
This relentless campaign of exhaustion is not random—it is highly calculated. When an individual is subjected to a decade of starvation tactics, bureaucratic stonewalling, and enforced isolation, it serves a dark, structural agenda.

The Breaking Point: She Needs Rescue, Not Another Never-Ending Vague Process
A lawful citizen, professional, and medical torture survivor (under the guise of breast cancer treatment) is currently trapped in India in a catastrophic cross-border protection failure. For more than a decade, she has petitioned for lawful protection. Instead of safety, she has been met with negligence, obstruction, and grave humiliation.

This is no longer an administrative failure—this is an active human rights emergency.

The very systems meant to protect her across India and the United Kingdom have instead enabled continued abuse, retaliation, and enforced silence. Predators—some potentially operating with diplomatic immunity—have weaponized her health, immigration status, and financial dependence to push her toward total collapse.

SIGN AND SHARE THIS UPDATE BEFORE SHE DISAPPEARS INTO THE SYSTEM AGAIN.

The institutional betrayal spans two nations, involving corporate power structures and failed state protection:

Corporate Coercion & Immigration Weaponization: At Cadila Pharmaceuticals (India -Gujarat), senior executives allegedly used his position to pressure and coerce her, utilizing fraudulent employment tactics to actively threaten both her livelihood and her pending UK citizenship proceedings, enabling a forged job offer to call her from the UK to India in September 2024 with dangerous intentions. (Read the complete petition and previous updates.)
Sexual Exploitation & Cover-Ups: Severe exploitation followed by systematic institutional cover-ups.
Total Police & Legal Failure: Failed non-molestation order issued in the UK and a complete collapse of police intervention, including domestic abuse units. Whatever, there is no proper RTI, FIR, or recording of the crimes.

Refusal to be transparent with the right to information requests and deliberate employment and financial obstruction—every request for action is met with humiliation and retaliation.

Sustained Psychological & Financial Warfare: A calculated campaign of isolation using technology—diversion and pretexting methods, blacklisting, financial sabotage, and surveillance-like harassment—designed to exhaust, silence, and destabilize a vulnerable survivor. This matter directly exposes a deep betrayal of India’s public commitments to women’s safety—including "Beti Bachao" and "Digital India" for faster, effective solutions—as well as a structural failure of protective mechanisms within the United Kingdom.

Our Demands: Immediate International Action Required
The time for passive review is over. We are calling for immediate, decisive intervention from international human rights bodies:

Emergency Safe Relocation: Immediate rescue and physical relocation of the survivor to a secure, protected location.
Independent Cross-Border Investigation: A comprehensive international inquiry into the alleged abuse, corporate retaliation, and institutional failures in India, the USA, and the UK.
Evidence Preservation & Full Disclosure: Immediate freezing, preservation, and public disclosure of all records, complaints, and evidence relating to the named individuals and institutions.
Cessation of Harassment: An immediate halt to all blacklisting, intimidation, financial obstruction, and unlawful surveillance or recordings.
Absolute Accountability: Criminal and administrative accountability for all public and private actors who enabled, ignored, or dismissed this abuse. Issue of non-molestation orders against Cadila Pharmaceuticals Group, associates, and other perpetrators.

The Burning Question:
How is a woman expected to survive when she is stripped of employment, denied emergency grants, and met only with zero, vague, or intentionally misleading responses from the very institutions built to protect her?

Governments & Entities Accountable:

Indian Government • UK Home Office • Cadila Pharmaceuticals Leadership • Metropolitan Police Domestic Abuse Unit
