Despite the submission of substantial documentation and evidence in December 2024, no First Information Report (FIR) has been filed to date in India. Instead, the affected individual faces ongoing exploitation through manufactured court scenarios, evidently designed to delay proceedings and compel financial extraction, thereby benefiting those in positions of authority.

Continued patterns of abuse, public humiliation, and coercive control have resulted in the victim seeking refuge in another Indian state or country, as she left the state of Gujrat early this month, yet law enforcement remains unresponsive. This persistent inaction raises serious concerns about collusion, institutional bias, and the integrity of the justice system. The pattern of abuse, intimidation, and shaming continues relentlessly. In the recent weeks, the situation has forced the survivor to leave one Indian state for another in search of safety. Yet law enforcement remains silent. This silence, in the face of overwhelming evidence, raises a painful question: who benefits from this calculated inaction?

What we are witnessing are not isolated failures but coordinated, gang-like efforts to discredit, control, and ultimately destroy a woman who has already endured systemic medical negligence, institutional betrayal, and cross-border abuse.

The facts of this case—ranging from systemic medical negligence and procedural violations to suspected identity interference and official record tampering—demand urgent accountability. The repeated failure to intervene not only perpetuates the survivor’s suffering but also constitutes a grave breach of legal and ethical responsibility by all institutions involved.

Current Status: Authorities continue to remain silent in response to Right to Information (RTI) requests. There has been no formal registration of a First Information Report (FIR) in India. Vague and unclear procedures appear to be deliberately employed to cover up critical facts, protect those in positions of power, and ultimately aim to close the case without accountability.

Immediate action is essential. I urge the relevant authorities and the public to demand a transparent investigation, swift registration of FIRs, and robust protection measures to ensure justice and deter further abuses of power.
