My dear compatriots, 

To bring the world into unity with our cause, we need numbers, we need clear, undeniable figures. We must be able to prove our demands with solid evidence. Yes, one can participate in demonstrations and rallies of tens of thousands, but when it comes to political decisions and the shaping of state strategies, numbers matter. Documentation is required.
This is precisely where these signatures and that large number become vital. Something no government and no official authority can deny or ignore.
My hope, proudly from the very beginning and still today, has been to gather at least one million signatures under this petition, so that it remains recorded in history and soon becomes a benchmark and an official reference for recognizing this revolution and its national leader, His Royal Highness Prince Reza Pahlavi (long may he be honored), as the rightful representative of the Iranian nation.
I do not see that day as distant. And I take great pride in standing among you!

ما برای اینکه بتوانیم دنیا را با خودمان همداستان کنیم، نیاز به عدد و رقم داریم، باید بتوانیم با سند ثابت کنیم، آری می‌توان در تظاهرات‌ها و تجمعات چند ده هزار نفره شرکت کرد اما وقتی پای تصمیمات سیاسی و تعیین استراتژی‌های دولتی می‌رسد، عد و رقم لازم است، سند باید ارائه داد. اینجاست که این امضاها و آن عدد بالا اهمیت پیدا می‌کند. چیزی که هیچ دولتی و هیچ مقام رسمی نمی‌تواند انکار کند. امید من، با افتخار، از ابتدا این بوده و هست که حداقل یک میلیون امضا زیر این پتیشن جمع کنیم که هم در تاریخ بماند و هم بزودی ملاک و مستند تصمیم گیری برای به رسمیت شناختن این انقلاب و رهبر ملی آن، عالیجناب شاهزاده رضا پهلوی (درود) بعنوان نماینده بر حق ملت ایران باشد. آن روز را دور نمی‌بینم و از این که در جمع شما هستم بر خود می‌بالم.
بر دستان تک تک‌تان بوسه میزنم.
