Do We REALLY Want to Wait THREE Years?!

A project is underway to prove what's been known or suspected for over a year now: When Culex NATURALLY acquires Wolbachia, they became a better vectors of West Nile virus (very related to Zika) and malaria. BUT, we must wait until 2021 for this project to end (see screenshot above). In the meantime, more young people will be diagnosed (probably mid-summer and fall) with uveal melanoma, have eyeballs removed, and some will probably die. But we have at our disposal, RIGHT NOW, a test to rule out Wolbachia infections (which can be treated). All I'm asking for is the following tests on tissue samples (already taken) and on surviving patients: 1) A broad range PCR screen for infection by Rickettsiales (Wolbachia genes in blood). Supporting study evidence: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1198743X14000408 2) ZIKV tests with TWO of these: the Lanciotti E-, the Pyke E- and NS1-, the Bonn E- and the Bonn NS1-based assays. They are the most reliable. Other assays are up to 80 percent wrong. Supporting study evidence: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5153932 Zika is (I believe) the phage that works in tandem with Wolbachia to infect vertebrates. But other viruses could too. And, yesterday (Saturday, January 27th, 2018), I received the following email from Mr. Dan Boone, a commissioner for the town of Huntersville, NC: "Ms. Webster, We will be getting an update from Dr. Brennan on Ocular Melanoma.
