So many Omaha residents are seriously suffering from the 10 days of constant noise.  Children are up late terrified,  PTSD sufferers are struggling,  pets suffer greatly, and those working long hours are losing sleep.  It's becoming a public health issue and we want to show our support to shorten the length of the sale and use of fireworks.
