Dear Signers,
As an Ola customer, it’s very distressing that the company is not being transparent about the faults in the scooter’s design which has caused the same kind of performance issue for so many customers. Instead, Ola has repeatedly dismissed these complaints as a means to malign its image.

Newer versions of Ola S1 have a new design of the front fork (the right side of the pic attached to this update). Ola should explain the need for this change. If the company has realised its mistake and changed the design, then scooters that were sold with the earlier versions of the front fork should be recalled and fixed.
We wouldn’t have had to raise our voice on Twitter or start an online petition, if the company had resolved our complaints in a timely manner. So many of us have had to wait for weeks to get our scooter repaired, and even then, the support provided has been unsatisfactory.
Taking notice of this petition, news outlets Times Now, Car Blog India, and RushLane have reported about our complaints.
Keep sharing this petition within your circles, so that Ola realises that it can’t take its customers for granted. Our government should also step in here, because repeated performance issues with electric scooters would derail India’s EV revolution.
