The bill would not only cost Ohio $300,000, funded through our General Revenue Fund, but would cost us the trust and faith of many marginalized communities negatively impacted during the Trump Administration and still yet negatively impacted today.  

We as Ohioans, Americans, and global citizens have made great progress in justice and rights for all members of our community... and I know that you know- we have so much farther yet to go. H.B. 261 would contradict any progress we have seen. We must keep moving forward, together. We must not let this happen.
