In a grassroots effort,  Ohio teachers are trying to raise money to perform an independent forensic audit on their State Teachers Retirement System.  STRS has been truly audited in over 14 years. In less than a month's time, over $25,000 towards the $75,000 needed for the audit has been raised by teachers and friends of teachers.
