Greetings, 

Thank you for supporting this petition.  It is more for informative purposes.  Please continue sharing this petition.  This is a nationwide issue for anybody who has a claim or policy with an insurance company headquartered in Ohio.  The information to make a records request for more information is included in the petition.  I submitted a lawful Ohio Rev. Code § 149.43(B)(2) Ohio Public Records Act request to AGOCARES@OhioAGO.gov.  I have received no response.  I believe this demonstrates the Ohio representative government's willingness to further violate state statutes in order to cover up their involvement with this insurance company fraud.  

The following is the copied and pasted arrogant response from the insurance company to the Ohio Department of Insurance regarding a fraudulent statement sent from the state of Ohio, showing that they have no respect for the law or expectation that the Ohio Department of Insurance is going enforce it.  Also, take notice that the insurance company is on a first name basis with the Ohio Department of Insurance.  Apparently, in Ohio, companies can commit fraud if they claim it only involves another state.

In response to your request regarding the policy for the City of Princeton, Indiana, policy number 3018465-3, please note that this policy provides coverage for the City of Princeton, located in the State of Indiana, not the State of Ohio. If you should have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to me."
