My sons were charged over the death of an armed man trying to force himself into their vehicle as they were attempting to flee, Travis and Dakota Burdette were in fear of their lives and Travis(licensed ccw carrier) drew and killed the man after the man drew and aimed his gun at them. Castle doctrine in Ohio ensures their right to defend themselves inside their vehicle, but the local prosecutor has decided to charge them anyway. These charges are without merit and should be dropped immediately.
