These bills are removing barriers which prevent those who have completed much of their rehabilitation process from completing the process. These bills restructure law to, while remaining firm, ease individuals efforts to re-enter the work force to become a productive member of society again. The bills remove employment barriers in the initial application process, seal some criminal records, It Creates a DRC Recommendation for 80% release, temporarily ease child support payments, Aid CDL & Driver License Reinstatement, Creates a Certificate of Achievement & Employ-ability for those who meet the qualifications, and creates and earned credit towards incarceration time for time served in juvenile facilities.
