We can give these animals a second chance, these animals are able to give humans a great deal of affection, and they are not to blame for the fact that some irresponsible human being has created this ''plague'' and there are lots of people who are willing and able to adopt them. There are people who are lonely and need the loving company of these birds and they also have rights in view of the fact that they are living beings! It is not fair that they end up the way they do now, demolishing their nests and killing them in cold blood, humans have not the right to do that!!! Everything would be different and the ''plague'' would diminish if people adopted and didn't kill them.
