There are three people living on Galveston Island in Jamaica Beach who thinks it’s all right to not only neglect and abuse an innocent animal but sell stolen merchandise.  Many people have come forward about being conned or victimized by Mr. Breck Porter.  Him and his friends Ellen and Robert don’t belong on the island either they seem to be the only ones who think that what he did was OK and were both involved.
