The residents of Bellaire City are unsafe while you sir carry a badge and a gun that you clearly can not comprehend the responsibilities of said public position.  You have also obviously shown the inability to carry yourself with any sense of self-control. When the issue was presented to you, you did nothing but lie and deny. These are the common actions of a violent abuser who easily goes from verbal to physical abuse. You sir carry a firearm. You can not control your mouth how are we to feel secure that you will be able to properly control your firearm. You are not only hurting and endangering the community that you took an oath to protect but you are also endangering your fellow officers. Those that wear the uniform and serve the public properly and proudly as 'peace officers' do not deserve to be associated with actions like yours. You give your fellow officers a bad reputation and make their jobs even harder for them. In the last few weeks not only have you used very inappropriate language on a disabled person but did the same to children as well. You have a long-time reputation for such actions. We the people will not stand for the slap on the wrist you received. We wish to have safe, honorable, and respectable officers on the force so that we may teach our children that police officers are their friends. Our children should be able to view you as super-heroes. Not badge and firearm wielding bullies. 

Hopefully by signing this petition we can stand together as one community and proving that we wish for a better and safer future for our children. Where we as a community does not have to be bullied by the very same people who are paid by our taxes to protect us from such actions.

Lastly I have included the Ohio Guidelines for the code of conduct for atlest one county in the state of Ohio. I am sure this applies to Bellaire as well. You sir have broke every single one of them. The first sentence clearly states you are held in a more accountable position for these actions than the citizens. You should be ashamed of the outrageous atrocitities commited by you on the citizens of Bellaire and complete your resignation swiftly with tears of regret in your eyes if you are truly a police officer who believes in justice.
