Thank you so much for your support. The Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi landed in India on Friday for a hush-hush visit, to discuss the ongoing border dispute between both countries. The statement released on Saturday by both parties only talked about the border dispute. Have Indian medical students enrolled in China been caught in the crossfire? .

We’re receiving reliable information that groups of students from Thailand and Pakistan have successfully returned to China for their on-campus studies and are under quarantine. Indian public broadcaster sought to clarify these reports from the Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian. In response, Lijian said that the Chinese foreign ministry was coordinating arrangements for the return of “a small number of foreign students” with “actual needs” to return to China. 

“Actual Needs”? Really? Over 20,000 Indian medical students have an ACTUAL NEED to return to China, or our MBBS degrees will stand invalid, as per the National Medical Commission. We’re being squeezed by both sides.
