False advertising

This picture is circulating on social media. Sorry to say...There is no such thing as 'silent or no noise'  fireworks. Every firework needs a 'charge' to lift the firework above the ground level. 

A professional pyrotechnician assessed the supposed 'no sound' fireworks and estimated a noise level of OVER 100Db.
