Here is an important horse petition if you have time to sign, thank you . 

We are struggling to get the government to concede that (like fireworks) it needs to be a law to make people comply. No use trying to educate, it never worked with seatbelts or using hand-held phones in cars... Why do they think it will work with anything!?

PS for those worrying, I agree that the gov has more important things to do at the moment. Above petition will go on the back burner and come out when they have time.  Same as our firework one.
