I have tried to keep up with the comments left as you signed and afterward. I am so sorry there are so many I just can't answer them all. So I will try and clarify some of the common questions. 

Police reporting - The online system is in trial stages and will roll out across England once fine-tuned. Scotland and Wales ...I will try and find out for you and update you soon. If your force does not have online reporting please dial 101 and report there. Always ask for an incident number to be sure it is logged. 

Misuse of fireworks - and the law-  What you should and can't report - checkout our guide attached.

Public ban - Personally I agree with a complete ban on public sales and use.  It is the only option that could be policed effectively. There may be 'black market' fireworks but you can't have a secret firework party so what would people do with them if they bought them?  What they do now.. throw them at our emergency services!
